- 75 minute sessions combine strength, power, speed, agility, and flexibility
- Maximum of four athletes per trainer
Elevation
Vertical jump fundamentals that teaches the athlete all the fundamentals of jumping. We also focus on the conditioning that enhances the strength in their legs and their fast-twitch muscle fibers so the athlete can add inches to their vertical jump.

Our expertise encompasses a training systems, administrative consultation, general health and fitness training, and strength and speed instruction. Designed from your Individual evaluation and test results a 90 minute sessions combine speed and Power lifts to help rate of force and strength.
