I have been training with JaDae and ESP Athletics since my freshman year at Wheaton Warrenville South. ESP not only increased my speed but also increased my strength in all lifts. The reason why I chose to train with ESP over other competition was because ESP trains specifically for your sport. Other places around the area focus mainly on speed training or they only weight train, well at ESP they focus on both allowing you as an athlete to reach your maximum potential. I know if I hadn't trained with ESP I wouldn't have accomplished many of my goals such as win a State Championship, earn a Divison 1 scholarship, and start for three years on the varsity football team. Recently, I was sent my college workout program, while looking through all of the lifts and conditioning I realized that I was already doing all of them and more with ESP Athletics. Since joining ESP my 40 yard dash has dropped .3 seconds, my bench press has increased over 100lbs, I have gained 15lbs of muscle, and have dropped my body fat % to 3.2%. If you want to better yourself as an athlete you need to train with ESP.

In December 2007 the Oak Park and River Forest High School Football team took part in a 16 day conditioning program run by ESP athletics in Lisle, Illinois. The Coaches for ESP Athletics were detailed and demanding when it came to the drills used. As a Football coach it is a great sense of reinforcement when you see others promote and focus on the discipline needed to execute a variety drills. The Coaches at ESP Athletics challenged are players to give their best and compete against themselves and each other in all the skills and drills.

I was extremely pleased with the way they encouraged and pushed our athletes to stretch themselves to reach higher levels of skills that will help them on the football field. Our players have benefitted from the drills and Coaches at ESP Athletics but more importantly they began to develop a sense of teamwork, where every player’s efforts make a different toward a team goal.

We are looking forward to working with the Coaches at ESP Athletics this summer and fall and continue to create the team atmosphere it take to have a successful 2008 season,

I enrolled in the ESP program in the winter of my sophomore year at Montini Catholic High School. At the time I was slow, uncoordinated, and very weak. JaDae, Davon, and the other trainers at ESP knew I could do much better. I knew I really liked ESP right from the start. The atmosphere the trainers create is very unique.  I tried out a few different programs before I signed up with ESP, and none of them even come close to the quality of training I received at ESP. The trainers have a lot of experience in many different sports and know the proper ways to lift, stretch, and run for each specific sport. Without ESP training, I would have never known I had it in me to earn a D1 scholarship. The trainers at ESP really challenge you to reach your full potential. After each workout, whether its running, lifting, or practicing yoga, I feel like I’ve accomplished something and improved myself greatly.

Not only did ESP help improve the physical aspects of my sport, ESP also helped me get prepared mentally. Going into the fall of my senior year, I knew I would have a target on my back. I knew that when my opponents were watching film, they were looking for ways to get me, they were looking for my weak spots, and they were looking for any upper hand. But, when it came time for summer camp to start up, I knew that I had outworked my opponents during the entire off-season. I knew that I did not waste any time in the winter, spring, or summer. I knew the training I received at ESP was top of the line.

I started training at ESP soon after my junior year of football.  Entering my senior year I had gained 20lbs. and increased my speed. The staff of ESP forced me to improve not only my strength and explosiveness, but also my technique. They worked with me to improve my running and lifting form, which allowed me to improve faster and to train more efficiently. I worked on flexibility, increasing my stride length, muscular strength and endurance.  Training with other college football players encouraged me to compete with them and work harder every day. Training at ESP taught me that I could compete with anyone on all levels. I feel confident that I will work my way into the starting lineup my freshman or sophomore year of college because of the work ethic and competitive attitude ESP instilled in me.

ESP has had a huge impact on my football career and in my life.  Working with ESP has shown me the benefits of discipline and hard work.  When I think of ESP I think of three things; the staff demanding maximum effort and concentration on technique,  other athletes of extremely high caliber that force me to work even harder, and a staff that truly cares about their athletes.  The coaches show this through personalized workouts, the attention they give to each athlete, and the effort they make to establish friendships with the athletes.  ESP is a family that pushes each member to work hard to make themselves the best athlete they can be.  Without ESP, there is a good chance I would not be playing college football, and I definitely would not be as good a football player as I am.

ESP athletics has helped me a great amount throughout my years being with the program. I have gained physical attributes along with mental strengths. From this experience I know I can go into any situation and perform at my top ability after I have been training with ESP.  I have gained at least 20 or more pounds while lifting and my speed to the ball has risen significantly throughout the course of my training. The various lifts that we undergo during a training session never allow the body to get into that machine like repetitive mode.  After every session an athlete can go home happy with the day of work finish knowing that the ESP training staff pushed you to perform a way needed to leave 100% of effort in the gym that day. This training experience has been best and most positive I have ever had in my life. The help of ESP has allowed me to compete in a D1 college football program with the Impact they have had with my game on and off the field.
