Speed & Conditioning
The focus of speed and conditioning is to develop an individual’s cardiovascular system and to enhance the “fast-twitch” muscles of the body. Through a series of form running, core, and jumping exercises, training sessions will improve the overall agility, power, flexibility, speed, and coordination of the client.
ESP Athletics will hold 75-minute sessions at an off site park or on Central Park's track during regular hours of operations. For best results, clients will be encouraged to attend at least three sessions per week for the four week duration of the program. Concluding will be a one day evaluation of testing. In addition, to ensure the best overall focus to the client, each class will be limited to a 5 to 1 ratio of athlete to coach.
Athletes must schedule and train all classes together.
