Cedric was a three-year letterman at Indiana State University for Men’s Track & Field. Mainly focusing his attentions on sprinting has learned a lot about not only how to enhance speed and agility, but the actual mechanics of running. Since graduating from Indiana State University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, he went on to receive his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports and Medicine. While, currently studying for the Performance Enhancement Specialist certification through NASM. He is also currently working on his Level 1 Track Coach certification through the USATF. While training for the last two year’s Cedric has chosen the pursuit of challenging his client’s from athlete to baby-boomers to increase their agility, coordination, and speed, along with over body strength. Cedric comes from a background of many different coaches, professors, and athletic experience. He uses this knowledge to help E.S.P. to become an overall program that just doesn’t focus on strength and speed, but also the mechanics and techniques.
